#1. Use fluoride toothpaste to brush your teeth twice daily

Acidic foods such as coffee, tea, and citrus fruits can also harm your enamel. Aside from the obvious culprits like pastries and sodas, keep an eye out for hidden sugars in fast food, bread, and crackers.
Before brushing, swish water in your mouth after each meal to eliminate as many food particles, plaque, and bacteria as possible.
Apples and celery are examples of crunchy foods that can promote saliva production, helping to keep your teeth clean. Decay can be slowed down by chewing for ten minutes.
